Crab Cakes

In a combination of a crazy amount of crab in our house (my husband just bought a huge crab pot and has been dropping it regularly) and my spending too much time reading about Amy's good eats, I give you the following:


It took 4 pounds of crab meat, but they were delicious with very little filler.  Chalk one up for living in Alaska.  (I need something to counteract the lack of sunshine!)
